In our production process for chair cushions and backrests, we focus on both comfort and durability.
We use high resiliency molded foam, known for its excellent rebound ability and ergonomic contouring,
to provide superior support and long-term shape retention. This foam is carefully wrapped with three-proof
(water, oil, and stain-resistant) fabric, available in a range of colors and textures such as blue, pink, and grey,
to suit any style preference.
The assembly involves expertly layering the plastic or wooden base, high-resiliency foam, (plus a latex layer
for added comfort in seats), and outer fabric, all securely fastened using an air stapler. This meticulous process
ensures that each semi-finished backrest and seat cushion not only looks great but maintains its comfort and structure over time
